The lights have already gone down on the final day of NRF 2016, but there are still tons of fresh ideas and trends to share that will have a major impact on retail in the coming year. At the Infor Retail booth, we had many visits from retailers who were running into common issues with their own software platforms. Some were seeking a unified, holistic retail solution to help them tackle those issues, while others wanted to leverage the latest user experiences to help them get ahead.
